| Pregnancy | I offer weekly ongoing classes for pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards (although many women wait until later to start). The class includes yoga positions, breathing, relaxation, massage and pelvic floor exercises. <more info> | ||||||
| Birth preparation | This class is for pregnant women and their partners or birth partners. This is a short workshop of 6 hours. I concentrate on the positive experience of birth and suggest ways in which you can achieve this. <more info> | ||||||
| Postnatal | Many members of my pregnancy classes find they miss the weekly contact and relish starting back at yoga in the postnatal class from about four weeks after the birth. However the class is open to everyone. <more info> |
